What is your return policy?

Our return policy is only in effect if your order slipped through the cracks on our end. Meaning we printed the incorrect size and you entered the correct size or we printed the wrong color and that isn't the color of choice that you picked.


 Anything to do with incorrect sizing or wrong color choice due to the customer's picking won't be able to be accommodated once order is processed and in printing.

However, if you do contact within 12 hours (max) of order being placed we maybe able to help IF item is still in processing status. Please contact as soon as you can when you realize there is a issue. We can't guarantee we can fix it but we will definitely try too. Due to some items they are placed in printing status immediately after order is placed and some will take a day or so before printing begins. Every item varies.

Again, ONCE ITEM IS IN PRINTING IT'S NOTHING THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO REGARDING YOUR ORDER.

What are the payment options?

 We accept majority of payment methods including Apple Pay. 

What is print on demand?

Print on demand is when you place your order we print and customize your order just for you. Nothing on hand or just hanging around collecting dust.

Custom Items?

Our custom items are made on demand just like our other items. However, we do have some items that are customized overseas and would require longer wait times to be completed. We do advise to read in description box of item ordered the time frame for the item to get a overview of what time frame you will be looking at. Always feel free to contact us  for updates. We are here to help with your experience.
